On average, a 36" latex balloon with decal will last about 12 to 24 hours. We treat our latex balloons with a substance called "Hi-Float".  It will increase the life span of a helium filled latex balloon by 25 times on average.  We do not guarantee the float time as it depends on the environment and treatment.
