Each balloon is hand filled with our in house confetti.
Includes 1 x 17 inch crystal clear confetti filled balloon.
* Confetti displacement will vary between balloons and must be fully inflated for desired effect. Please note when using helium: confetti will not stick to the sides of the balloon as shown, instead pooling at the base and moving with the balloon (looks cute both ways!).
Colors: Navy, Royal, Kelly Green, White.
**As with all latex balloons, be sure not to over inflate as the balloons will burst!

Balloon is sent flat ready to be filled with helium by you.
